Spin the Wheel - Game Rules
1. Organiser. This game is organised by William MONTAG, sole trader (trading name WIRELESS), operating the "Censurable" brand, 20 rue de Bâle, 67100 Strasbourg, France - SIREN 953 637 600 (hereinafter "Censurable"), publisher of censurable.shop.
2. Nature of the game. Free promotional game, no purchase necessary, accessible via the "Spin the wheel" pop-up on censurable.shop.
3. Eligibility. Open to any natural person of legal age. To take part: enter a valid email address then spin the wheel. One entry per person.
4. Prizes. After the spin, the participant may randomly win one of the following: 10% off the order; 15% off the order; 5 EUR off from 25 EUR spent; free shipping; or "No luck" (no prize). Each code is valid once per customer, cannot be combined with another offer, and is usable on censurable.shop. No purchase is required to take part or to receive a code.
5. Awarding the prize. The won code is displayed on screen immediately after the spin.
6. Personal data (GDPR). The email address collected is used by Censurable to send marketing communications, on the basis of the consent given at sign-up. Participants may unsubscribe at any time and exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by writing to hello@censurable.shop. 7. Amendments. Censurable reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the game at any time, without incurring any liability.
8. Acceptance. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
