Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return, without needing to justify it.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Procedure

1. Contact us at wildwestdrugstore@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will confirm the return address
3. Ship the product (return shipping at your expense)
4. Refund within 14 days after receipt

Defective product

If you receive a defective product (printing defect, wrong size), contact us with a photo. Replacement or full refund, shipping included.

Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timeline: 5 to 10 business days after validation.
