Terms and Conditions — Censurable

1. Seller identity
Censurable is a brand operated under the French micro-entrepreneur regime, registered at 20 rue de Bâle, 67000 Strasbourg, France.

2. Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of clothing and accessories offered on censurable.shop.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code — micro-entrepreneur VAT exemption regime as long as the €85,000 threshold is not exceeded). Shipping fees are shown before order validation.
4. Order
Validating an order implies acceptance of these Terms. The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card through the secure Shopify Payments platform. The amount is charged at the time of the order.
6. Production and shipping
Our products are made on demand (print-on-demand) and printed in Europe. Indicative timelines:
• Production: 2 to 5 business days
• Shipping France: 3 to 7 business days
• Shipping Europe: 5 to 12 business days
These timelines are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to justify it. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
8. Warranty
In accordance with European legislation, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.
9. Claims
For any claim: wildwestdrugstore@gmail.com. In case of unresolved dispute, the customer may turn to a consumer mediator.
10. Personal data
Data collected is necessary to process orders and is handled in compliance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
